We are two visionary (smart-ass know-it-all's) who are quite confident that we as a human race could be doing much better than this. That "we the people" are thoroughly neglecting, squandering, and plainly wasting, the valuable civilization so many have sacrificed so much to deliver to our present. We blame this underperformance on inadequate system design, believing the systems of civilization: Information acquisition, reasoned processing/filtering, and implementation of best policy have not progressed as the times permit, and require.

Put simply we are living in a worsening dystopian Idiocracy -- Largely because the rich have invested in keeping people ignorant disabled and exploitable -- and it is way past time for the smart among us to apply the minor effort required to at least open the path to the smartocracy the money empowered selfish have covered up with the trivial memes they have been implanting in popular culture.

The first step to fixing this requires recognition of the underlying cause. The information age has become the misinformation age, and we believe even a small investment in information infrastructure can reverse that trend, and produced much improvement in public policy.

Our Plan will begin with the construction of the Coliseum the Battle of Ideas has long deserved. For too long we have been forced to play serious philosophy in small isolated sandlots. Wall obstructed, and fenced in by commercial interests and --special interest serving-- political correctness, the truth has been censored. There needs to be a proper stadium where We the People can play the hard sport of Fact trying and Truth Declaring.
